Common Questions about Reunion Vacation Homes

1.) How close are you to the airport?
Reunion Resort is located 30 miles from Orlando International Airport.

2.) How near is Reunion Resort to Walt Disney World® and other area attractions?

The main gates of Reunion Resort are located within 6 miles of the entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort® and just a 20 - 25 minute drive from Sea World, Aquatica, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

3.) How much is the deposit to reserve a home?
To reserve a home, we will require 20% of the total rental cost.

4.) When is the final balance due?
The final balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival.

5.) What is the compulsory security deposit?

A security deposit of $500 will be held on behalf of the owners against loss or damage caused to the property by the parties to this agreement. The security deposit will be fully refundable (within 2 weeks of vacating the property) after a satisfactory status report. The security deposit can be paid by check or credit card with the final balance. Where no is no damage or breakage nothing will be charged to your card.

 

6.) How do I place a reservation for one of your Reunion Resort homes?

Once you find the home of your choice, there are two easy-to-follow ways to book your vacation with Reunion Vacation Homes. You can choose to place the reservation directly online through our secure website 24/7, or call one of our Reunion Vacation Homes representatives toll free at 1-886-796-3323, or 407-552-6155 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting for calls outside the USA and Canada.

 

7.) When will I receive my Booking Confirmation and arrival instructions?

Upon receiving your signed Rental Agreement and final payment, Reunion Vacation Homes will e-mail you a Booking Confirmation which will include your rental property address, electronic lock box code, wireless internet code, map of how to get to your property, and a Rental Voucher for the duration of your stay.

 

8.) Will I stay in the specific Reunion Resort home I have chosen?

Absolutely yes! Once you have booked either online or through one of the Reunion Vacation Homes representatives, the availability calendar will automatically be updated on our website, blocking out your specific dates. This will ensure you always get to stay in the property of your choice! If for some unforeseen reason we are required to move you to another home, we will do our absolute best to give you prior notice, as well as ensure you are located in a property of similar specifications to the one you have chosen. If this is not permissible, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.

 

9.) Where do I collect the keys to the home?

At Reunion Vacation Homes, we understand the importance of being able to enjoy every last minute of your holiday! All of our homes have a digital lock. A four digit entrance code will be sent to you once we receive payment of the final balance. You can go direct from the airport to your villa.

10.) What time can I enter the home and when do I have to depart?
The home can be occupied any time after 4pm on your day of arrival. The home must be vacated by 10am on your departure date.

11.) Early check-in / out?

Early check-ins or late check-outs can be requested for an additional charge of $100 each. All early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to no other reservations in the property at the time of your arrival/departure. As such, these will be tentatively booked, and confirmed only within the last 72 hours prior to your arrival. It is the guest's responsibility to contact Reunion Vacation Homes within 72 hours of arrival to confirm availability.

 

12.) Are pets allowed in the homes?
No, pets are not allowed in any of our homes. Reunion Vacations Homes has a strict no pet policy. Those found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to a minimum $500 fee.

13.) Are the kitchens fully equipped?

All homes are fully equipped with everything you'll need, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, range, microwave and dishwasher. Additionally, all of Reunion Vacation Homes' properties come complete with toasters, coffee makers, blenders, cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils.

14.) Are all linens and towels provided?
Yes, all linens and towels are provided, however we would recommend taking beach towels for the pool area.

15.) Are hairdryers provided?
Yes, hairdryers are provided in all of our homes.

16.) Are irons and ironing boards provided?
Yes, irons and ironing boards are provided in all of our homes.

17.) Is there a telephone in the home?
There is a telephone provided in all Reunion Vacation Homes which may be used for local calls free of charge.  Some homes provide free National calling and some even have free International calling. Please read the description for each home for exact details of the call service available.

 

 18.) Is a housekeeping service provided?
A housekeeping service can be provided, however there is an extra charge. The extra cost is not included in the rental rate. Some homes do provide a daily maid service, please read the description for each home for availability. 

19.) Are credit cards accepted?
We do accept all major credit cards excluding American Express.

20.) What is your Change/Cancellation Policy?

If you change your reservation there is a $50.00 fee for any change. No changes can be made within 45 days of your arrival. The rental deposit is Non-refundable. A cancellation within 45 days of your arrival will result in a loss of all monies. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

 

21.) Are there any activities at the resort for children?
In addition to the supervised activities at Kids Crew, there is a children’s interactive play area at the Water Park, a playground and activities at the Seven Eagles Pavilion.

 

22.) Are the swimming pools heated?
Yes, during the colder months, the Reunion Resort swimming pools are heated to approximately ten degrees warmer than the outside air.

 

23.) What about Baby Equipment?
Most homes provide free of charge a folding Pack-N-Play crib (which serves as a play pen as well), high chair and stroller. Full-size cribs are available to rent at a minimum $42 for up to 7 nights, $6 a night thereafter. Double strollers are also available to rent at a minimum $35 for up to 7 nights, $5 a night thereafter. The crib or double stroller will be delivered prior to your date of arrival check-in time of 4pm and picked up from the property upon your departure date.

 

24.) What about a BBQ grill?

Most Reunion Vacation Homes have an outside summer kitchen complete with a Gas BBQ. Please check when booking that the home you have selected does indeed have one. A tank of propoane is supplied but should it become necessary during the stay, it is the guests' responsibillity to replenish. If the home does not provide one then a Gas BBQ grill can be rented and delivered to your home upon your date of arrival. A single tank of gas is included and all you’ll need to do is bring the ribs and BBQ sauce! The BBQ rental is a minimum charge of $50.00 per unit, per week. The charge is not pro-rated if you’re staying less than a week’s time (7 nights).

 

25.) What are Reunion Vacation Homes' Office Hours?

Our regular office hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday, and 10:00 am to 3:00 pm EST on Saturdays. Guests calling to place a reservation or those with general inquiries outside of office hours are able to leave messages on our voicemail system. Reunion Vacation Homes will do its utmost to reply to all voicemail messages within the next business day.

 

26.) If we have a problem with the home, what should we do?

During regular business hours, you may call us toll free at 1-886-991-3158 and speak directly to one of Reunion Vacation Homes' qualified personnel. All issues will be documented and addressed in a timely manner. To ensure your piece of mind, we additionally have a representative on-call 24/7 on our toll free number, to deal with any emergency situation within your Reunion home.
