LEGO toys. Also known as little bits of plastic that you step on and yell just loud enough for the neighbors to hear. Who doesn't love these colorful toys that keep your kids occupied (and imagining) for hours on end? Immerse your family into a whole world of interactive adventure, both on land and in the water. And remember, at the end of the day, you're not the one picking up the pieces.
Let's Go to LEGOLAND
LEGOLAND® Florida is located just a 45-minute drive from your luxury vacation villa and sits on 150-acres with more than 50 rides, shows and attractions inspired by popular LEGO brands and characters. Plus, dining and shopping options to make your LEGO memories linger longer. Note: There is so much to do here, you'll need a full day at each park.
LEGO gets its name from the Danish carpenter who created the first blocks in 1932. He called his company LEGO, derived from the Danish phrase "leg godt" which translates to "play well."
LEGOLAND Water Park
Dive into fun! Get ready to slide and splash your way to a memorable day at LEGOLAND Water Park. Experience the Build-A-Raft lazy river, tube slides, body slides and interactive water-play structures. It's a refreshing way to spend quality family time in the Florida sunshine. Chill out at the Wave Pool, with just enough wave for kids of all ages. For your littlest (6 and under) LEGO-lover, head to DUPLO Splash Safari, where toddlers rule the day. The risk-taker in your family will love Splash Out which features three unique slides. Watch them speed down a 60-foot drop and "splash out" in the water below. You can complete your day by renting a cabana where the whole family can relax in comfort.
Formerly Cypress Gardens, this beautiful and historic botanical garden has been restored to pristine condition, and the collection of native plants has been combined with exotic species to create a horticultural masterpiece. To find a few moments of peace during your active day, don't miss the magnificent Banyan tree that was planted as a seedling in 1939.
Heartlake Mall is just for you! Head to Heartlake City, the newest land based on the popular LEGO® Friends line of toys and see LEGO in a whole new light. From jewelry to plush toys and their all-new LEGO Friends building sets, you'll find it all at the world's first LEGO store just for girls.
Dining and Shopping
Whether you want to grab a bite on the go or sit down and relax with a substantial meal, there are tons of options to choose from at both the theme park and the water park. Refuel when you want, how you want. And when you're ready to shop for memorabilia, well, if you've ever been to a theme park, you know there's a shop on nearly every corner ready to supply your kids with everything their hearts desire.
