It’s February in Florida and the weather is fine. It is our “coldest” month but that just means it’s not swelteringly hot. We locals love early springtime in Central Florida and we know you will too. Here is a partial list of some of the many events going on this short and sweet month.
Andrea Bocelli Valentine’s Concert
Lovebirds and fans alike who see this show will be treated to the full array of Andrea Bocelli’s famous love songs and arias, as well as a new intimate collection of ballads. As a very special treat, his son, Matteo Bocelli, will join him on stage to sing a duet during his show at the Amway Center here in Orlando! For a Valentines evening to remember, don’t miss Bocelli’s beautiful voice live.

The Seven Seas Food Festival is returning and it is as fun and popular as ever. Sip and sample your way around SeaWorld. Discover your new favorite dish and taste local craft beer and beverages from around the globe. Enjoy live performances every Saturday and Sunday at Bayside Stadium featuring top artists in rock, Latin, country, rap music: Flo Rida, Sugar Ray, Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, and Little River Band just to name a few.
The Seven Seas Food Festival runs weekends, February 9 – May 5.
Mardi Gras at Universal Studiois Florida
You and your family can enjoy the park during the day and at night, revel in parades with colorful costumes, street performers and hundreds of beads being tossed from above. Listen to the best live “playlist” anywhere with artists like Macklemore, Sean Paul, Bush, Steve Miller Band, Pitbull, Ziggy Marley and so many more. Mardi Gras festivities are included with your theme park admission. Every night starting February 9 through April 4.
8th Annual Winter Garden Blues and BBQ West Plant Street, Downtown Winter Garden
If you would like to live like a local Orlandoan, check out this festival located along the very charming Plant Street in Winter Garden. The Winter Garden Blues and BBQ fest marries hot Blues and Roots musicians with award-winning BBQ for a day celebrating true Southern Soul. A nice, relaxed day out with the family. It’s free to attend.
